Tulsa Admissions
Cimarron’s Tulsa/Sapulpa campus is a Charlotte Mason hybrid school meeting Monday and Wednesday at Forest Hills Baptist Church, 702 S Adams St, Sapulpa. Drop-off begins at 10 am, with pickup at 3:30. Parents lead learning on the other weekdays. The campus shares Cimarron’s Christian worldview, Alveary curriculum, and eligibility for the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit.

Tulsa opened with classes by form: early childhood (preschool and kindergarten), Form 1 (1st-3rd), Form 2 (4th-6th), and Form 3 (7th-8th). A class makes with a minimum of 8 students. If a class does not make, enrollment fees are refunded. Kristin Vandagriff serves as campus principal. Minda Ciardi is Executive Director/Head of School for both locations.
The 2026-2027 Tulsa admissions calendar has not been published yet. Until it is, follow the process below, watch the wait list for full grades, and write the office with timing questions.
Admissions process for new students
- Fill out the online application.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee ($50 per student) online or mailed to Cimarron School of Living Education, PO Box 158, Guthrie, Oklahoma 73044.
- After completing the application, parents are required to read Susan Schaeffer Macaulay’s book, For the Children’s Sake, if not familiar with Charlotte Mason methods. All applicants complete a response form based on material from this book and the Charlotte Mason philosophy.
- Complete the required three recommendation forms.
- After we receive your completed application and application fee, you will be contacted to set up a family session where we’ll meet and see if we’re a good fit for one another. During this session, we will discuss the required reading and Charlotte Mason educational philosophy, gather additional information, and answer any questions.
- Upon completion of the family session, we will notify you via email or phone of your acceptance status.
- Once accepted, secure your child’s space with payment of the enrollment fee (per student) online or mailed to PO Box 158, Guthrie, Oklahoma 73044, plus completion of the Family Enrollment Agreement and Tuition Payment Plan.

- Application fee: $50 per student
- Enrollment fee (regular, February 1-June 30): $350 per student
- Enrollment fee (late, July 1st+): $400 per student
Oklahoma City families should use the Oklahoma City admissions page. The two campuses share one board and one head of school, and they keep separate class days, wait lists, and staff teams.
Cimarron students are eligible to apply for the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit. See the tax credit page for the current window and how checks are handled at school.
